1. LEGAL IDENTITY AND CONTRACTUAL FRAMEWORK

These General Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between:
Striwch Pte. Ltd., a limited liability company incorporated under the Companies Act 1967 of the Republic of Singapore, with its registered office in Singapore (hereinafter “Striwch”, “the Company”, “we”),

and

Any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Striwch platform (hereinafter “User”, “you”).
Striwch operates an international digital platform that connects users and facilitates cross-border services.
Use of the Platform implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, which are governed by the laws of Singapore.
2. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM

Striwch is an international technology intermediation platform.
​
Striwch is not:

a carrier;
-
a freight forwarder;
-
a logistics operator;
-
a bank;
-
a regulated payment institution (unless expressly stated otherwise);
-
a custodian of funds;
-
the employer of concierges or travelers.​
​
Striwch facilitates digital connections between Users and independent service providers.
No agency, partnership, or trust relationship is created between Striwch and Users.
3. INTERNATIONAL SCOPE
​
The Platform operates globally.
​
Users acknowledge that:
-
Services may involve multiple jurisdictions;
-
Customs, tax, financial, and regulatory laws differ from country to country;
-
Some services may be restricted in certain jurisdictions;
-
Government controls may apply.
​
It is the responsibility of each User to verify the legality of transactions in their country of residence and in the destination country.
​
Striwch does not guarantee automatic compliance with the laws of all jurisdictions.
4. ACCOUNT CREATION AND VERIFICATION
​
Access to certain services requires the creation of an account.
​
The User agrees to:

Provide accurate information;
-
Update their information;
-
Protect their login credentials.
Striwch may conduct:
-
Identity checks (KYC);
-
Anti-money laundering/counter-financing (AML/CFT) checks;
-
International sanctions checks.
​
Refusal to cooperate may result in suspension or termination.
5. SERVICE OVERVIEW
​
Striwch offers the following services:

Collaborative Shipping
Each service has its own specific liability and risk allocation framework.
6. COLLABORATIVE SHIPPING
​
The Collaborative Shipping service facilitates digital connections between a User wishing to ship an item (“Sender”) and a User willing to transport an item as part of their personal travel (“Traveler”).
Striwch acts solely as a technological intermediary, facilitating digital connections and coordination between the parties, without physically intervening in the logistics chain.
6.1 Striwch’s Role and Limitations of Intervention

Within the Collaborative Shipping service, Striwch:

Does not take physical possession of the goods at any time;
-
Does not provide any storage, handling, or transport services;
-
Does not exercise any physical control over the goods;
-
Does not participate in customs clearance procedures;
-
Does not act as a contracted carrier or freight forwarder;
-
Striwch does not issue any transport documents (bill of lading, airway bill, etc.);
-
Striwch assumes no obligation of result regarding delivery.
​
Striwch does not guarantee, in particular:
-
Acceptance of goods by an airline or carrier;
-
The absence of customs or administrative controls;
-
Obtaining import or export authorizations;
-
Meeting a specified deadline;
-
The integrity or non-damage of the transported goods.
​
Striwch cannot be held liable for decisions made by:
-
-
Airlines;
-
Customs authorities;
-
Airport security authorities;
-
Any administrative or judicial authority.
​
Users acknowledge that services involving international travel carry inherent risks related in particular to:
-
Regulatory changes;
-
Random checks;
-
To government restrictions;
-
To geopolitical events;
-
To weather conditions.
6.2 Shipper's Declarations and Obligations
​
The Shipper expressly warrants that:
-
The goods entrusted are lawful in the country of origin, transit, and destination;
-
The goods are not listed on any prohibited or restricted goods list;
-
The declarations regarding the nature, value, and contents are accurate and complete;
-
The goods are not dangerous goods as defined by IATA or ICAO regulations;
-
The goods do not infringe any intellectual property rights.
The Shipper remains solely responsible for:
-
Compliance with customs regulations;
-
Payment of duties, taxes, and administrative fees;
-
Obtaining the required licenses or permits;
-
The legal consequences of a false declaration.
Any false statement may result in:
-
Immediate suspension of the account;
-
Termination of the contract;
-
Providing information to the relevant authorities;
-
Civil or criminal prosecution.
6.3 Traveler's Declarations and Obligations
​
The Traveler warrants:
-

They are authorized to carry goods as part of their ticket;
-
They will comply with the airline's baggage policies;
-
They will comply with customs and security laws;
-
They will not agree to carry goods that they know or should reasonably know to be illegal.
The Traveler remains personally responsible for:
-
Any customs violation;
-
Any penalty imposed by an authority;
-
Any fine imposed by an airline;
-
Any seizure or confiscation.
6.4 Allocation of Risk

The risks associated with:
-
Loss;
-
Theft;
-
Damage;
-
Seizure;
-
Delay;
-
Confiscation;
-
Administrative destruction;
are borne exclusively by the parties directly involved in the transaction.
Striwch does not assume any transfer of risk.
6.5 Specific Exclusion of Liability
​
To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law, Striwch shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages;
-
Economic losses;
-
Loss of opportunity;
-
Business losses;
-
Intangible damages;
-
Administrative or customs penalties;
-
Losses resulting from a User's negligence.
Striwch's total liability, if any, related to a Collaborative Shipment is limited to the amount of the service fees charged for that particular shipment.
6.6 Insurance Obligation
​
Users are responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage, if necessary, covering:

The goods being shipped;
-
Customs risks;
-
The risks of loss or damage.
Striwch does not provide any integrated insurance unless expressly stated.
7. STRIWCH EXPRESS
​
7.1 Nature of the Service
​
Striwch Express is a paid digital prioritization option applicable to certain services offered on the Platform, particularly within the Collaborative Shipping framework.
Striwch Express exclusively modifies the internal and digital processing of requests within the Striwch technological ecosystem.
It does not, under any circumstances, constitute:

an autonomous transport service;
-
an independent logistics service;
-
an expedited delivery contract;
-
an express transport service as defined by international regulations;
-
a contractual delivery guarantee.
Striwch Express is a priority processing feature and not a separate transport service.
7.2 Scope of Prioritization
​
Subject to the Platform's operational and technical capabilities, Striwch Express may include:

Algorithmic priority in the matching mechanisms;
-
Improved ranking in search or matching results;
-
Accelerated administrative processing of submitted requests;
-
Reduced internal review time;
-
Access to a priority support channel.
Prioritization applies exclusively to internal processes controlled by Striwch.
It does not extend to elements beyond Striwch's control, including:
-
Airline decisions;
-
Customs controls;
-
Security procedures;
-
Weather conditions;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Force majeure events.
7.3 No Guarantee

The User expressly acknowledges that Striwch Express:
​

Does not constitute a commitment to delivery within a fixed timeframe;
-
Does not constitute a guarantee of immediate connection;
-
Does not constitute a guarantee of acceptance by a Traveler;
-
This does not constitute a guarantee of boarding;
-
This does not constitute a guarantee of expedited customs clearance;
-
This does not constitute insurance against delays or losses.
Any mention of speed or acceleration should be interpreted as a relative improvement of internal processes, and not as an obligation of result.
7.4 Dependence on Third Parties
​
The User acknowledges that the services that may benefit from Striwch Express involve independent third parties.
Striwch has no control over:
-
Flight schedules;
-
Carrier decisions;
-
Local regulatory requirements;
-
Customs procedures;
-
Security restrictions.
Consequently, any internal prioritization cannot be interpreted as affecting the timing or decisions of third parties.
7.5 Specific Limitation of Liability
​
To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law:
Striwch's maximum liability under the Striwch Express option is strictly limited to the amount of the fees paid for said option in connection with the relevant transaction.
Striwch shall not be liable for:

Indirect losses;
-
Loss of opportunity;
-
Business losses;
-
Consequent damages resulting from a delay attributable to a third party.
7.6 Non-Insurable Nature
​
Striwch Express is not an insurance product or a financial guarantee.
No automatic compensation is due in the event of a delay, a failure to connect, or an unforeseen operational event.
7.7 Modification or Suspension
​
Striwch reserves the right to:
Modify the prioritization parameters;
Adjust the algorithmic criteria;
Temporarily suspend the feature in case of technical overload;
Remove the option in certain jurisdictions if required by local regulations.
8. MONETIZE MY TRIP
​
8.1 Nature of the Service
​
The "Monetize My Trip" service allows a User traveling for personal reasons (the "Traveler") to offer, via the Platform, the available space in their luggage to another User wishing to ship an item (the "Sender").
Striwch acts solely as a technological platform facilitating connections between Users.
Striwch:
-
Does not organize the trip;
-
Does not issue airline tickets;
-
Does not modify the contractual conditions of air transport;
-
Does not guarantee authorization for baggage handling by the airline;
-
Does not physically intervene in the transport of goods.
The Traveler acts on their own behalf and under their sole responsibility.
8.2 Traveler's Independence
​
The Traveler acknowledges and agrees that they are acting:
-
Completely independently;
-
Without any subordinate relationship with Striwch;
-
Without any mandate, representation, or delegation of authority from Striwch.
-
The Traveler is neither an employee, agent, nor representative of Striwch.
-
No agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship may be inferred from this service.
8.3 Traveler's Obligations
​
The Traveler expressly agrees to:
-
Comply with the airline's general conditions of carriage;
-
Check applicable baggage policies;
-
Comply with weight, size, and content restrictions;
-
Comply with IATA and ICAO regulations and airport security rules;
-
Comply with the customs laws of the country of departure, transit, and arrival;
-
Accurately declare the nature, value, and contents of the goods being transported.
The Traveler remains personally responsible for:
-
Any customs violation;
-
Any administrative penalty;
-
Any fine imposed by an airline;
-
Any seizure, confiscation, or destruction of goods.
8.4 No Guarantee of Profitability
​
Striwch does not guarantee under any circumstances:

The amount of potential earnings;
-
The frequency of requests;
-
The compatibility between supply and demand;
-
The economic profitability of the service.
Any estimate displayed on the Platform is indicative and not contractual.
8.5 No Guarantee of Acceptance
​
Striwch does not guarantee:
-
Acceptance of goods by the airline;
-
The absence of customs control;
-
The absence of regulatory restrictions;
-
The actual loading of goods;
-
Arrival at the destination without inspection.
Any decision to accept or refuse goods rests exclusively with:
-
The airline;
-
Customs authorities;
-
Security authorities;
-
The competent government authorities.
8.6 Risk Allocation
​
The risks associated with:
-
Loss;
-
Theft;
-
Damage;
-
Delay;
-
Confiscation;
-
Administrative penalties;
are borne exclusively by the Traveler and/or the Shipper according to the terms of their agreement.
Striwch does not assume any risk transfer.
8.7 Exclusion of Liability
​
To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law:
Striwch shall not be liable for:

Indirect damages;
-
Financial losses;
-
Loss of revenue;
-
Loss of opportunity;
-
Administrative penalties;
-
Damages resulting from misrepresentation.
Striwch's potential liability is strictly limited to the service fees charged in connection with the transaction in question.
8.8 Insurance Obligation
​
It is the Traveler's and the Sender's responsibility to obtain, where applicable, insurance covering:
-
The goods being transported;
-
Customs risks;
-
Personal liability risks.
Striwch does not provide any implied or automatic insurance coverage.
8.9 Cooperation with Authorities
​
Striwch reserves the right to:
-
Suspend a transaction in case of suspected illegality;
-
Request supporting documents;
-
Transmit any information required by law to the competent authorities.
9. INTERNATIONAL CONCIERGE SERVICE
​
9.1 Nature and Purpose of the Service
​
The International Concierge Service allows a User to request local assistance in a given country via the Platform.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
-
Assistance with purchasing goods;
-
On-site verification;
-
Logistical coordination;
-
Administrative assistance;
-
Researching public information;
-
Organization of local services.
-
Striwch acts solely as a platform facilitating connections and digital coordination.
-
Striwch does not directly provide physical services on the ground.
9.2 Status of Concierges
​
The concierges involved in the service are:
-
Independent service providers;
-
Contractual partners;
-
Or third-party local operators.
They are not acting in the capacity of:
-
employees of Striwch;
-
legal agents of Striwch;
-
representatives authorized to legally bind Striwch.
No agency, mandate, or permanent representation relationship may be inferred from the use of the service.
9.3 Scope of Services
​
The services provided within the framework of the International Concierge Service are performed:

At the User's instruction;
-
Within the limits of applicable local law;
-
Subject to the regulatory constraints of the country concerned.
Striwch does not guarantee:
-
The legal feasibility of a request in a given jurisdiction;
-
Obtaining administrative authorizations;
-
Acceptance by a local authority;
-
Compliance with a specified deadline;
-
The success of a process depends on a third party.
All services are performed with reasonable care.
9.4 User Responsibility
​
The User remains solely responsible for:
-
The legality of the requests made;
-
Compliance with the local laws of the country concerned;
-
The conformity of the instructions given;
-
Payment of applicable fees, taxes, or duties;
-
The consequences of inaccurate information.
The User warrants that the requests are not intended to:
-
Circumvent local regulations;
-
Obtain an illegal advantage;
-
Engage in prohibited activity.
9.5 Limitation of Striwch's Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law:
Striwch shall not be liable for:

The acts or omissions of an independent concierge;
-
Decisions of an administrative authority;
-
Delays attributable to third parties;
-
Indirect losses;
-
Loss of opportunity;
-
Commercial losses;
-
Intangible damages.
Striwch's total liability related to a concierge service is strictly limited to the amount of the service fees paid for the service in question.
9.6 No Guarantee
​
Striwch does not guarantee:
-
The absolute accuracy of information collected locally;
-
The continuous availability of a concierge in each country;
-
The absence of legal risks in foreign jurisdictions;
-
The solvency or reliability of a recommended third-party provider.
Any recommendation or introduction to a third party is made without any implied guarantee.
9.7 International Regulatory Compliance
​
The User acknowledges that certain services may be subject to:

Local licenses;
-
Administrative authorizations;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Sector-specific regulations.
Striwch may refuse any assignment:
-
Deemed contrary to applicable law;
-
Presenting a regulatory risk;
-
Likely to give rise to liability for the Company.
9.8 Force Majeure and Local Constraints
​
Striwch shall not be held liable in the event of:

Political instability;
-
Sudden regulatory changes;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Strikes;
-
Administrative closures;
-
Events beyond its control.
9.9 Insurance
​
It is the User's responsibility to obtain appropriate insurance covering:

The goods purchased;
-
Risks related to international transactions;
-
Risks related to third parties.
Striwch does not provide any implied or automatic insurance.
9.10 Right to Refuse
​
Striwch reserves the right to refuse any assignment at its sole discretion, particularly in the event of:
-
An illegal request;
-
Suspected fraud;
-
AML risk;
-
Reputational risk;
-
Regulatory non-compliance.
10. STRIWCH PREMIUM
​
10.1 Nature of the Service
​
Striwch Premium is a premium subscription service linked to the International Concierge service, offering priority and dedicated access to concierge resources in one or more countries.
Striwch Premium does not constitute:
-
a standing mandate agreement,
-
an exclusive agency agreement,
-
an employment relationship,
-
local legal representation,
-
a delegation of authority.
The service is provided on a reasonable terms basis in accordance with the principles of Singaporean law.
10.2 Available Packages
​
10.2.1 "The Premiere" Package
​
The Striwch Premium – Premiere package entitles you to:
-
The allocation of one (1) dedicated concierge in a specific country;
-
Priority access to requests in that country;
-
A structured direct communication channel.
The dedicated concierge:
-
Acts exclusively within the scope of assignments validated via the Platform;
-
Is not available full-time;
-
Is not the User's personal employee.
Striwch reserves the right to replace or reassign the concierge in the event of:
-
Unavailability;
-
Operational constraints;
-
Termination of the contractual agreement.
10.2.2 "Elite" Package
​
The Striwch Premium – Elite package entitles you to:
-
The allocation of five (5) dedicated concierges;
-
Each concierge assigned to a separate country;
-
Centralized coordination of multi-jurisdictional requests;
-
Enhanced prioritization within the operational structure.
Additional countries may be added subject to:
-
Acceptance by Striwch;
-
Price adjustments;
-
Availability of local resources.
10.3 Operational Limitations
​
Striwch Premium does not guarantee:
-
24/7 uninterrupted availability;
-
A fixed turnaround time;
-
The achievement of a specific result;
-
Automatic acceptance by local authorities;
-
The success of a process dependent on third parties.
Services may be affected by:
-
Local regulatory constraints;
-
Legislative changes;
-
Government restrictions;
-
Geopolitical events;
-
Force majeure.
10.4 Risk Allocation
​
Risks related to:
-
Administrative decisions;
-
Third-party suppliers;
-
Local authorities;
-
Regulatory refusals;
-
Institutional delays;
remain the responsibility of the User.
​
Striwch assumes no responsibility for decisions made by independent third parties.
10.5 Commitment of Means
​
Striwch undertakes to:
​
-
Exercise reasonable efforts;
-
Allocate proportionate resources;
-
Ensure priority processing in accordance with the chosen plan.
All obligations shall be interpreted as obligations of means and not of result.
10.6 Financial Liability
​
To the extent permitted by the law of Singapore:
Striwch's total liability under Striwch Premium is limited to the total amount of subscription fees paid during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
Striwch shall not be liable for:

Indirect losses;
-
Loss of revenue;
-
Loss of opportunity;
-
Intangible damages;
-
Sovereign decisions of a foreign state.

10.7 Fair Use
-
The La Première and Elite plans are subject to a fair use policy.

Striwch may:
-
Limit the volume of excessive requests;
-
Charge for services outside the scope of the plan;
-
Temporarily suspend the service in the event of clear abuse.
​
10.8 Suspension and Termination
​
Striwch may suspend or terminate the subscription in the event of:
-
Non-payment;
-
Violation of the Terms of Service;
-
Abusive use;
-
Regulatory risk or AML.
Termination will only result in a refund if required by applicable Singapore law.
10.9 Independence of Resources
​
The concierges assigned under the La Première and Elite packages:
​
-
Remain independent contractors;
-
Are not personal employees;
-
May work for other Users outside of their allocated periods.
​
Absolute exclusivity is not guaranteed unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
10.10 Protection of Striwch Against Reclassification
​
The User expressly acknowledges that:

The Premium service does not constitute a permanent delegation of authority;
-
No relationship of subordination is created;
-
No permanent establishment is created in a foreign country through the concierges.
This clause aims to prevent any international tax or regulatory reclassification.
11. MONEYSWAP (P2P BALANCES EXCHANGE)
​
(Local Peer-to-Peer Balance Exchange Service)
11.1 Nature and Positioning of the Service
​
MoneySwap is a digital facilitation mechanism that allows Users located in different jurisdictions to exchange local balances on a strictly peer-to-peer (“P2P”) basis.
MoneySwap is based on the principle of reciprocal exchange of local balances between Users, without any direct cross-border transfers operated by Striwch.
Striwch acts exclusively as:
-
a technology matching platform,
-
a digital coordination facilitator,
-
a digital infrastructure operator.
Striwch does not provide:
-
a regulated money transfer service,
-
a remittance service,
-
an institutional foreign exchange service,
-
a banking service,
-
a deposit service,
-
a regulated e-wallet (unless expressly stated).
11.2 No Funds Held
​
Striwch:
-
Does not hold Users' funds;
-
Does not exercise direct control over Users' bank accounts;
-
Does not operate its own financial clearing;
-
Does not assume custody of assets.
Transactions are conducted directly between Users via their own financial channels.
Striwch never becomes a custodian of funds.
11.3 No Transaction Guarantee
​
Striwch does not guarantee:
-
The execution of a transaction;
-
A User's solvency;
-
A counterparty's financial capacity;
-
The absence of fraud;
-
The stability of an exchange rate;
-
The purpose of a transaction.
​
MoneySwap involves an inherent counterparty risk that each User accepts.
11.4 Compliance with the Payment Services Act (Singapore)
​
MoneySwap is structured as a technological matching mechanism between Users.
​
Striwch does not present itself as:
-
a payment service provider as defined by Singapore's Payment Services Act 2019;
-
an electronic money institution;
-
a regulated domestic or cross-border money transfer operator.
Any regulatory developments likely to affect the model may result in:
-
modification of the service,
-
temporary suspension,
-
adaptation of the operational structure.
11.5 User Obligations
​
Each User warrants that:
-
The funds exchanged originate from legal activities;
-
Transactions comply with the laws of their country of residence;
-
Local exchange controls are respected;
-
Applicable tax regulations are respected;
-
No international sanctions are violated.
11.6 Users agree not to use MoneySwap for:
money laundering,
terrorist financing,
sanctions circumvention,
fraud,
concealing the origin of funds.
11.7 AML/CFT Compliance
​
Striwch may:
-
Require supporting documentation;
-
Conduct enhanced identity checks;
-
Suspend an account in case of reasonable suspicion;
-
Refuse a transaction;
-
Temporarily suspend access to the Platform;
-
Cooperate with Singaporean or foreign authorities.
Any compliance decision is discretionary and may be made without prior notice when required by law.
11.8 Specific Recognizable Risks
​
The User acknowledges the following risks:

Counterparty risk;
-
Regulatory risk;
-
Foreign exchange risk;
-
Bank freeze risk;
-
Fraud risk;
-
Sanctions risk;
-
Administrative block risk.
Striwch provides no guarantee against these risks.
11.9 Specific Limitation of Liability
​
To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law:
Striwch shall not be liable for:

Direct financial losses related to any transaction between Users;
-
Indirect losses;
-
Exchange rate fluctuations;
-
Administrative sanctions;
-
Monetary restrictions imposed by a government;
-
The insolvency of a counterparty.

Striwch's maximum liability for MoneySwap is limited to the amount of the service fees charged for the transaction in question.
​
11.10 Account Suspension and Closure
​
Striwch may suspend or close an account:

In the event of AML non-compliance;
-
In the event of suspected fraud;
-
In the event of regulatory risk;
-
In the event of an official investigation;
-
In the event of reputational risk.​
​
Suspension may be immediate and without prior notice when required by law.
​
11.11 Indemnification
​
The User agrees to indemnify Striwch against:
-
Any regulatory fine;
-
Any financial penalty;
-
Any investigation related to their use of MoneySwap;
-
Any claim arising from a fraudulent transaction initiated by them.
​
11.12 No Fiduciary Relationship
​
The User expressly acknowledges that:
​

Striwch does not act as a fiduciary;
-
No trust is established;
-
No segregated account is held by Striwch on behalf of the User.
​
11.13 Safety Recommendation
Users are strictly encouraged never to make cash-in-hand payments. All transfers must be conducted exclusively via certified local transfer services, to ensure the security of funds and the traceability of transactions.
​
12. STRIWCH XPERIENCE
​
Striwch Xperience is a service that allows Users to access international experiences, activities, or travel packages.
These services may be:
a) Offered by independent third-party providers;
b) Structured and offered directly by Striwch as specific packages.
The legal terms differ depending on the nature of the service.
12.2 Experiences Offered by Third Parties
​
When the experience is provided by a third-party provider:
-
Striwch acts solely as a platform connecting the User and the provider;
-
The contract is concluded directly between the User and the provider;
-
Striwch is not a party to the performance contract;
-
Striwch does not guarantee the quality, safety, or regulatory compliance of the service.
The third-party provider remains solely responsible for:
-
Execution;
-
Safety;
-
Compliance with local laws;
-
Required insurance.

12.3 Travel Packages Offered by Striwch
​
When Striwch directly offers a travel package (“Striwch Package”), it may include:

Accommodation coordination;
-
Organization of local activities;
-
Logistical support;
-
Dedicated concierge service;
-
Specific additional services.
In this context:
Striwch acts as a contractual coordinator and not as an air carrier or hotel provider.
Striwch does not directly provide:
-
Air transportation;
-
Hotel services;
-
Insurance;
-
Visa services;
-
Medical services.
These services are provided by third-party providers.
12.4 Limitations of Liability Regarding Striwch Packages
​
Striwch does not guarantee:

The absence of cancellations by a carrier;
-
The continuous availability of a hotel;
-

12.6 User's Personal Responsibility

Purchasing travel insurance;

Complying with local laws.
Striwch strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance that covers:

Medical assistance;

Striwch does not provide any implied insurance.
12.7 Specific Limitation of Liability

This service may include, depending on the agreed terms:

Assistance at the departure airport;

Supervision during check-in and security formalities;

Accompaniment during the flight when available and authorized;
-
Assistance upon arrival;
-
Coordination with an educational institution or host organization;
-
Ad hoc logistical support related to the trip.
Striwch acts exclusively as a digital intermediary and coordination platform.
Striwch does not provide the physical support itself.
13.2 Legal Nature of the Relationship

The support worker involved in Striwch for Kids:

Is an independent professional;
-
Is not an employee of Striwch;
-
Is not a legal representative of the minor;
-
Does not exercise any parental authority;
-
Is not vested with a general power of attorney.
No guardianship, legal custody, or transfer of parental authority is created by using the service.
Striwch assumes no responsibility for parental substitution.
13.3 Selection and Due Diligence

Striwch implements reasonable procedures for selecting professionals, which may include:

Document verification;

Professional references;

Background checks when legally permitted.
However, the Legal Guardian acknowledges that:

No selection process can eliminate all risk;

13.4 Liability of the Legal Guardian

The Legal Guardian remains solely responsible for:

Obtaining the necessary parental authorizations;

Medical authorizations;

Required insurance;

Providing important medical information;
-
The accuracy of the information provided.
The Legal Guardian guarantees that:

The minor is fit to travel;

No critical medical information has been omitted;
-
Travel is legally permitted.
13.5 Limits of the Accompanying Person's Role

The accompanying person:

Does not make medical decisions except in cases of clear emergency;

Does not replace the parent;
-
Does not assume responsibility beyond the contractually defined scope;

Does not control the decisions of airlines;
-
Does not control the decisions of border authorities.
In the event of an unforeseen situation, the accompanying person will act in the immediate best interest of the minor, within the limits of available information and authorizations.
13.6 Risks Inherent in International Travel

The legal guardian acknowledges that international travel involves risks, including:

Flight delays or cancellations;

Denied boarding;
-
Enhanced security checks;
-
Sovereign decisions of border authorities;

Health restrictions;

Force majeure events;

Political instability.

Striwch cannot be held liable for these events.
13.7 Mandatory Insurance

The legal representative undertakes to obtain appropriate insurance coverage, including:

International medical insurance;

Liability insurance;

Repatriation insurance.

Striwch does not provide any implied or automatic insurance coverage.
13.8 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Singapore law:

13.9 Cooperation with Authorities

13.10 Right to Refuse or Suspend

14. STRIWCH FOR BUSINESS

(Business Accounts)
14.1 Purpose of the Service

Striwch for Business is a suite of services for legal entities, companies, institutions, or professionals using the Platform in the course of their business activities (the “Business Client”).
This service may include, in particular:

Access to High-Volume Collaborative Shipping;

Priority access to Striwch Express;
-
Access to the International Concierge Service;
-
Access to Striwch Premium plans;
-
Use of MoneySwap for business purposes;
-
International logistics coordination;
-
Customized solutions.
14.2 Legal Capacity and Representation

The Business Client warrants that:

It is duly constituted under applicable laws;
-
It is acting within the scope of its professional activity;
-
The person accepting these Terms and Conditions has the necessary authority to legally bind the entity.

Striwch may request any supporting documentation.
14.3 B2B Nature of the Relationship
​
The services provided within the framework of Striwch for Business are provided in a strictly professional context.
Consequently:

Consumer protection regulations do not apply, unless otherwise required by law;
The Business Client acknowledges having the necessary expertise to assess business risks.
14.4 Specific Contracts

Striwch may enter into the following contracts with a Business Client:

A Service Level Agreement (SLA);

A customized pricing agreement.

In the event of any conflict between a specific contract and these Terms and Conditions, the specific contract shall prevail.

Striwch assumes no responsibility for the Business Client's contractual obligations to its own partners.
14.7 B2B Limitation of Liability

Loss of revenue;

Data loss;

Indirect damages;

Contractual penalties incurred by the Business Client towards its own clients.
Striwch's total liability for professional services is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Business Client during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
14.8 Enhanced Indemnification

The Business Client agrees to indemnify Striwch against:

Any third-party claim arising from its activities;

Any regulatory fine related to its operations;

Any violation of international sanctions;

Any legal action initiated by its own clients.
14.9 Audit and Verification

14.10 Termination

Striwch may terminate a business account:

Termination does not entitle the holder to a refund unless otherwise required by law.
14.11 Governing Law and Arbitration

is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Singapore Copyright Act 2021, the Trade Marks Act, and all applicable international legislation.
These elements are the exclusive property of Striwch or are used under a legitimate license.
No ownership rights are transferred to the User.
16.2 Limited Use License

Subject to compliance with these Terms of Service, Striwch grants the User a license that is:

Non-assignable;

Revocable;

Limited to internal personal or business use;

16.4 User-Generated Content

Free of charge;

For the full legal term of protection;
To use this content for the purposes of:

The User warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the submitted content.
16.5 Reporting Infringements
