HOW DOES IT WORK?
1 - Describe your needs Simply state what you need at your destination: local assistance, errands, errands, accompaniment, reservations, or any other request. Specify: • the city or country • the desired date • the details of your request • and, if necessary, additional information such as a preferred time ⸻ 2 - We find an available concierge Striwch identifies a reliable concierge on-site who can fulfill your request. Once a concierge is found, you receive the necessary information to proceed with confidence. ⸻ 3 - Communicate in a private chat and confirm the task A private chat is opened between you and the concierge to clarify the details relevant to the task. This allows you to communicate freely before confirming. ⸻ 4 - Pay securely Payment is processed through Striwch and held in a secure escrow. The funds remain in escrow until the task is completed, to protect both the client and the concierge. ⸻ 5 - Task Completed, Payment Released Once the task is completed, the concierge provides proof of completion. After validation, payment is released. Need a concierge abroad? Find a local concierge, communicate privately, and pay securely only upon completion of the task.
